Nethris Internet Suite - Advanced Training
Nethris Advanced Level training is an overview of particularities relating to the payroll treatment and it special features, as well as a presentation of the payroll correction tools.
The cost for this 3hrs training session is $320 per participant. ($330 starting January 1st, 2026)
At the end of the group training, participants will know how to :
- Use the advanced functions of the Nethris Internet suite
- Make payroll corrections
- Produce a record of employment
- And much more
Prerequisites:
It is preferable to have a minimum of knowledge of the Nethris Internet Suite to follow this advanced training.
Be advised that the training is broadcast in a basic Demo environment. We will not cover additional solutions such as: General ledger, Group Insurance, Employee requests management, etc.
Content:
- Home screen;
- Description & navigation between menus
- Employee file: Employee list, Records of employment, Employment profile, Absence banks and leaves, History, Massive modification
- Payroll Menu: Enter via table, Pay and adjustments, Simulate payroll, Mass entry, Delete payroll transactions, Stop payments, Validate hourly rates;
- Reports Menu: Payroll stubs included in mass printing, Pay stub availability
- Communication menu: Sharing documents and messages; Adding messages on Pay stubs;
- Configuration Menu: Pay code Matrix, Earnings and deductions, Payroll configuration, Customized fields, Employee templates
